The images in the gallery have very humble beginnings, usually a wire frame cube or sphere that only exists as a digital file, but will eventually become a 3D model. That basic structure is then pushed, pulled, stretched and shaped into something like what you see on the left, the two primary models for the print titled "Vino". The information button below will open the finished image.
Once a model is complete, a paint program is used to give it some color and texture. A finished scene can contain any number of these models, which are then assembled in a rendering program. After the scene is rendered, it is ready for print, almost like magic. The magic though, from building the models to having a final image, can often take several days, start to finish.
